Two words I never thought would go together are avocado and desserts – sounds like an oxymoron to me. When I think about the delicious, rich, creamy yellowy green deliciousness nestled inside of an avocado, the obvious recipes come to mind – chips, tacos or burritos with guacamole, of course, avocado cubed, sliced or diced and spread on toast and a variety of sushi rolls.
