21 Days of Yoga
You've landed here because you either just love a challenge, love yoga or you're struggling like me. Over the last few months, I've been struggling with my practice and logic defies me of why I am not practicing regularly after practicing for a few years. Plus, I know that my stress levels are lower and my confidence and health better when I make the time to do it.
So why am I not doing it?
The struggle is real!
So I've decided to create a challenge for myself and it's always more fun and easier to actually practice each day when others are doing it with you - even at a distance and well duh! I have an entire platform dedicated to living a conscious life - which yoga helps one towards that end - so I decided to reach out here and ask you to join me. Let's support one another!
Let's be clear here, I'm a yoga practitioner, not an instructor. I cannot guide you in ways that the instructors who made the videos can. You can reach out to them for help. I'm simply providing you with support and community.
Beginning on the 1st of March daily through the 21st.
Each day you'll receive an email with a link to a video of a variety of instructors that I've followed that offer practices online for free - practice times ranging from 10 minutes to 1 hour. If you sign-up after the first you'll still simply receive the emails in sequence. No need to rush and catch up. You can still share your progress in the comments on Instagram or in a facebook group. (My goal is to continue the practice and not abandon it after 21 days!)
Besides actually doing the practice each day, the only requirement is to sign-up for the Conscious Life Space email list. Let's support one another and learn together. Are you interested in a FB group for support? Let me know in the comments on instagram or email me at email@example.com.
