About: My mission is to enjoy a very happy and healthy life doing the things I love, whilst trying to help others make positive changes to their lives. As an ex-gymnast and dancer and now yoga teacher I've always had a passion for movement, but it was only after knee operations and numerous other injuries that I finally decided to look even deeper into my own body, which is how I reached yoga. Yoga has taught me so much about who I am as a person, how to treat my body and also how to treat those around me. I want to be able to share those learnings with you right here, so stay a while, read some blog posts, check out my latest events and hopefully one day we'll meet in person.
About: I became a certified yoga instructor after completing training under Baron Baptiste (founder of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Institute and one of America’s top yoga instructors). I studied for a Certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University and I’m also a Certified Holistic Health Counsellor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City, the world’s largest nutrition school. I’ve since had the privilege of teaching my style of yoga in multiple countries, I’ve led festivals, retreats, and London based teacher training. I’ve published 4 books, including cookbooks and most recently, a book on self-care. My 80 person London yoga classes, which serve as the foundation for Whole Self, are regularly sold out.

About: Elicia was introduced to yoga in high school and fell in love with how it made her feel physically and mentally. She didn’t stick with her yoga practice when she went to college though, and after spending her college days and late 20’s being the life of the party, Elicia approached her 30th birthday knowing she wanted more out of life. She came back to her yoga practice and became a yoga teacher. Elicia specializes in teaching yoga for “regular people.” After studying functional range of motion with Alex Crow, Elicia began to understand why some people found yoga so difficult and intimidating, the poses simply weren’t accessible to people’s bodies as they were being taught. Elicia offers modifications and explanations so that people can understand how to adapt poses to their body. Elicia brings humor and positive energy to her classes, and leaves students feeling capable and confident. You can find Elicia teaching in her online studio, EB Yoga Online or at her yoga studio in Bay City, Michigan, EB Yoga.
